     In this case, the medicine will be kept according to the doctor's instructions for the medicine that may be needed under First Aid for EMERGENCY PURPOSES.

  • There will be 5 VOLUNTEERS in Each Point and Each Canp with Cars.
  • There will be a GUIDE in Each Point and Each Canp
  • There will be an EMERGENCY VEHICLE.
  • There will be 30 EFFICIENTMOTOR CYCLE RIDERS
  • There will be 60 Proficient and 5 Cars behind the participants like vigilant guards.
  • There will be separate vehicles for the participants to carry their luggage.
  • There will be an 6 VEHICLES for state level, district level, subdivision level and Haria Morning Star Club officials for better observance and promotional motto.

About the Race :

This is the name of "The Haria Morning Star Club" race is "Haria Marathon". The runwill help participants to test and push their own limits of fitness and endurance and give them the confidence to take on the challenge of running long distances.

Club's goal is to encourage runners to participate in national and international races.

A nominal registration fees of Rs. 200/- per participant is applicable.

Rules & Guidelines :

Applicants must submit their entries by registering online and paying the entry fees.

If any discrepancy is found in any of the above-mentioned mandatory requirements, your application will not be accepted.

Your entry is not transferable to any other person under any circumstance.

Do’s

Follow all directives and guidelines, including those related to COVID-19 precautions, social distancing and the usage of masks.

Ensure a health check-up before participating, if necessary. Do not participate if you are not feeling well. It is recommended that participants have taken 2 doses(including third time Booster Dose) of the COVID-19 vaccine.

Dress according to the climate.

Eat no later than an hour before the start.

Sleep well before the run.

Keep hydrating.

Prepare your mind as well as your body.

Stop! if you feel uncomfortable.

Warm up & stretch before the run.

Don't run in unsafe conditions

Don't run if you have any health issues

Don't run if you have any medical conditions.

Don't run without practice.

Don't get hung up on your finish time.

Don't overhydrate while running, it may lead to stomach cramps.

Don't run on an empty stomach.

A maximum of 300 participants can participate in this competition.
